Although considered a "start-up", HR For Health has already gained a reputation for innovation as it brings technology usually only available for Fortune 1000 companies to health care practitioners. It started in 2007, when company co-founder Ali Oromchian began building the first end-to-end human resources cloud (SAAS) based application providing more power and flexibility to doctors as they interact with their employees and consultants.
Co-founder Joe Ring joined the company as it became clear that HR for Health had just scratched the surface with it’s services. The company began directing all of its resources to implementing its strategy of designing an application that enables better communication, builds loyal customer relationships and makes employee recruiting and retention more efficient. We have succeeded in optimizing interactions, managing collaborative employee relationships, increasing revenues and reducing costs. It all ads up to more profitable relationships.
